What we established, and from where
The Green Morris Farm, on the western side of NC 3628 about a mile south of Providence Road West, was listed on the National Register on 21 February 1991 and is recorded as destroyed. NPS records its styles as Greek Revival and Italianate, its significance areas as Architecture and Agriculture, and its significant year as 1870.

At its 1991 listing, the Morris House was a weatherboarded central-hall I-house, three bays wide and two bays deep.
