Hotel Charlotte at 327 W. Trade Street was listed on the National Register on 2 July 1979 and demolished on 6 November 1988. NPS records its architects as William L. Stoddart and J. A. Jones, its significance areas as Commerce and Architecture, and its significant year as 1924.
